At Access Denied, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't fit your space perfectly, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack With Care
Place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging with all protective inserts to ensure the goods are not damaged during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
